What are the trim levels for the Kia Sorento 2023? ›

With eight trim levels, the 2023 Kia Sorento gives you a lot to choose from. The trim level options are LX, S, X-Line S AWD, EX, X-Line EX AWD, SX, SX Prestige AWD, and X-Line SX Prestige AWD.

Like the X-Line S, the X-Line EX adds all-wheel drive and X-Line exterior and interior styling to the EX trim. However, unlike the X-Line S, the X-Line EX adds more features over the front-drive EX.

The new model year now includes some additional features, including blind-spot collision avoidance, rear cross-traffic avoidance, and safe exit assist. Many of these new features are now standard, and you won't have to pay an additional fee to get these.

Sorento SX Prestige

KIA gives the SX Prestige everything you could want from your new Sorento, including standard all-wheel drive and leather upholstery.

The lineups for the 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid and Sorento Plug-In Hybrid have both lost one trim and increased their prices over 2022. Starting with the Sorento Hybrid, the entry-level S trim is no more, the EX remains as the new entry-level, and a new SX-P (Prestige) trim takes over the top spot.

While both models are available with the V-6 engine, it's the SX trim that receives upgraded steering, larger wheels, LED running lights, upgraded exterior trim, a larger touchscreen, navigation system and a panoramic sunroof.
